On reaching Tumut, continue along the Snowy Mountains Highway towards Cooma, passing the town centre and the sports ground. Take a left-hand turn into Tumut Plains Road (just after 5 Ways Studio — Mobil Service Station on the right), and after crossing the one-lane heritage bridge, then another small bridge, take the next left into Little River Road. Travel 7.2km to the river. Take a right at the gate (before the bridge) and travel along the dirt road until you see the road veer left with the Elm Cottage signs.
Cancellations made within 14 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 14 days notice incur an administration charge of 30% of total booking fee. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
